Positive Steps have been teaching and leading Nordic Walking across Suffolk since 2012.

Sara Marshall is a level two fitness instructor and Kevin Marshall is a level  3 Personal Trainer.

Both Kevin and Sara are passionate about Nordic Walking and love sharing this with others.

  • Short taster sessions – to provide opportunity for people with an interest to try Nordic Walking
  • Introductory courses/workshops for beginners
