A1: The INWA 10 Step Method is a structured teaching approach that ensures participants learn Nordic Walking effectively and safely, maximising its benefits. Most research showing the benefits of Nordic Walking for health use this full technique.
Q2: Why learn face-to-face? A2: When learning a physical skill, such as Nordic Walking, face-to-face tuition is a must. Learning by watching the Trainer, and other participants, you'll get quick and personalised feedback to help you improve both your technique and teaching styles.
Q3: Do I need prior experience to enrolment?
A3: Whilst it is better if you have had some experience of Nordic Walking, no experience is required! This course is designed for anyone who is passionate about fitness and helping others stay active. If you have good coordination, you will pick things up quickly with our expert support and tuition.
Q4: How long is the certification valid?
A4: The certification is valid indefinitely, though we recommend continued professional development to stay updated with best practices.
Q5: Are there opportunities for continued professional development?
A5: Yes! Certified instructors gain access to additional training, workshops, and instructor resources to enhance their skills.

A6: Yes! INWA certification is internationally recognised, though specific countries may have additional requirements for teaching.
