Refund policy

Course Cancellation policy:

30 days prior to the course commencement date:            50% charge

14 days prior to the course commencement date:            100% charge

N.B.  Should you wish to transfer your booking to a different date BNW will charge an administration fee of £80.  This applies to a date change made within 30 days prior to the start of your original course.

Refund Policy:   BNW reserve the right to cancel or rearrange any BNW course. In the event of cancellation, we will aim to transfer your booking to another course or offer a full refund if a suitable course cannot be found. No refund is possible once you access the online learning. BNW are not liable for any costs you incur in advance of the course including travel and accommodation.  

Returns of Merchandise

Items purchased can be returned at customers own cost within 14 days. Please contact the office on info@britishnordicwalking.org.uk to arrange this. This does not apply to courses or memberships.
