About us: 

Nordicymru was set up in January 2022 by Catrin. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of Nordic Walking with others, both from a physical and mental wellbeing perspective. From July 2022 she is joined by her husband Neil and between them they aim to offer a variety of Nordic Walks in various  locations and settings.

What’s on offer?

Range of Nordic Walks including regular walks, beginner and improver workshops. Bespoke sessions and workplace/ group sessions are also available. Regular walks at the National Botanic Garden of Wales. Available for other locations too. Online booking and calendar has up to date information. See website.
