About me: 

I am a Nordic walking instructor and PhD researcher of green social prescribing and wellbeing. As a qualified mountain leader, sea kayaker, and with a past career in international development, I bring this experience together to offer Nordic walking experiences overseas as well as in the UK.

What’s on offer? 

· Sociable, and fun Nordic walking for wellbeing courses, workshops, and sessions in and around Frome, Crickhowell, and Birmingham for groups and individuals.

· ‘Explorer’ Nordic walking experiences. Short and longer trips in the UK and overseas tailored to individual and group needs. Navigational training can also be included.
