Tracy Hall - Sherwood Nordic Walking

About me:

I discovered Nordic walking back in 2016 and once I tried it I was hooked! Having sat at a desk for years, the benefits to my physical and mental health of getting out in the great outdoors, combined with exercise with a mixed group of people, was life changing. I started teaching Nordic walking in 2018 in order to share the benefits of Nordic walking with other people. I am so proud to be able to help others feel happier and healthier and to pass on my passion for this fantastic outdoor activity.

Nordic walking and meeting new and interesting people is good for the mind, body and soul. Give it a go – you won’t look back!

What’s on offer?

Every month you can learn the INWA technique with me at Thoresby Park. Alternatively a bespoke group session can be arranged for yourself and friends, family or work colleagues.

There are nordic walks on offer every week day, and once a month on a Saturday.  The intensity and distances vary and all information can be found on our website.  The venues for the walks include Clumber Park, Sherwood Pines, RSPB Sherwood Forest, Idle Valley Nature Reserve and the beautiful countryside of North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.
