About me/us: Founded by Mel Townend, Fithaven is a friendly Nordic Walking group. I joined Mel as a Walk Leader in 2020, and since her sad passing last year, I have taken over as Lead Instructor. I have over 6 years’ experience in Nordic Walking and have a passion for introducing new people to the sport.
