I have been running a Nordic Walking business in the Purbeck, Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch area for 8 years teaching people Nordic Walking and organising local Nordic walks in the beautiful areas we live.

Also I have expanded in doing Nordic Walking Holidays in the UK for long weekends or weeks away. Guernsey is a favoured place to visit along with regular trips to Spain where we can really explore with our poles

What’s on offer? 

I offer Taster sessions to Come & Try Nordic Walking and if you enjoy this and feel the benefits that this fantastic outdoor activity holds then we can take it further.

The next step is a 3 Session Technique course to take you through your Nordic Walking journey so its as natural as ordinary walking.

I can do group courses or 1 to 1.
