About Loren

Loren is a qualified INWA Nordic Walking Instructor.

My Story

I discovered Nordic walking from trying Nordic skiing in Finland in 2013. When I got back to the UK I started Nordic Walking to keep fit for Nordic Skiing the following year and really enjoyed it. I regularly walk in Hesketh Bank, Tarleton and Southport. I trained with British Nordic Walking and qualified as an INWA Nordic Walking Instructor. If you want to have lots of fun whilst getting fit then join me in my walks.
