About us:

We are a bespoke facility south west of Norwich on the B1113 road. We offer Nordic walking to everyone whatever your current fitness level. If you can walk you can do it! As soft tissue therapists and Pilates practitioners working with individual muscular and skeletal weaknesses, we aim to help clients improve their mechanical issues, whilst also enhancing cardio vascular fitness. Nordic walking is a great outdoors form of this and benefits both gait and posture.   

We offer:  Beginners’ courses, group, or 1-1 Nordic Walking sessions.

Equipment poles provided. Lessons held within a private 5 acre grass walking course at Glebe Barn Studios. NR16 1EF
