Positive Steps have been teaching and leading Nordic Walking across Suffolk since 2012.

Kevin Marshall is a level 3 Personal Trainer and Sara Marshall is a level two fitness instructor.

Both Kevin and Sara are passionate about Nordic Walking and love sharing this with others.
