I have been fully qualified as a Nordic walking instructor since 2008. As well as my private groups I have worked with Age UK, Silverfit and health clubs in West London and Surrey.

When not Nordic walking, I sing with West London Chorus and regularly practice Yoga.

What’s on offer?

We offer regular small group walks in the Hampton Court area, Walton, and Crane Park. Individual sessions for beginners are available. Poles can be borrowed during sessions.
