Jo Taylor - After Breast Cancer Diagnosis

About me: I am living with secondary (incurable) breast cancer but have qualified as an Instructor to bring Nordic Walking to Greater Manchester specifically for breast cancer patients.

There will be a number of breast cancer patients trained by BNW as Instructors and we are leading the way for social prescribing and supportive exercise for anyone who has had breast cancer to join our groups.

What’s on offer? 

There will be weekly sessions probably one day and one evening walk to start with that I will lead but others will be providing similar around Greater Manchester once they have been trained.
