As a Nordic Walking Instructor since 2011, I have been leading NW groups in Italy and in Scotland for a long time.  I am also an experienced Pilates, Yoga and Swimming instructor as well. Currently leading a Parkinson’s disease group in West Lothian (Scotland) 

What’s on offer?

Nordic Walking classes or private lessons. Qualified instructor for Parkinson’s disease. I offer my Nordic Walking experience together with my experience on teaching different age groups as an experienced Pilates and Yoga instructor.
