About me:

As an Instructor at Nordic4 I provide tailored teaching in Nordic Walking to walkers’ individual needs. Having worked as a GP for 20 years, I use my medical experience to encourage and support people to improve their health and wellbeing using my knowledge to ensure all walkers can fulfil their personal goals.

What’s on offer?

At Nordic4 we give personal attention and apply our knowledge and teaching to match your individual needs. We offer 1 to 1 or small group sessions from beginner through to Challenging Nordic Walking Fitness level.

We offer specialist groups for schools, teenagers, older walkers and those with joint problems as well regular Seasonal Walks in the local area.
