About me:

I qualified as a British Nordic Walking instructor in April 2023. I was encouraged to complete the course as I have Parkinson’s and have been diagnosed 6 years. I taught PE for 35 years and remain an advocate for participating in any form of exercise to keep the body as healthy as one can.

What’s on offer?

I offer sessions free and voluntarily so I can give something back to the community. A voluntary contribution of £3 is suggested but not mandatory, towards petrol and insurance.

I have 2 classes, one mixed able bodied and individuals with PD and one class for PD sufferers.
