Free (Medway residents only) - 6 week training course and then weekly walks.
If you are already a keen walker and would like to try something a little different, Nordic Walking could be for you. Nordic walking uses specially designed poles to give your whole body a great workout. It’s also a great workout for strengthening the core muscles, improving posture, releasing tension in the neck and shoulders and improving fitness at all levels.
