I lead Nordic Walking activities for all levels in the tranquil North Cotswolds. As an experienced yoga teacher I combine the benefits of a good posture and strong core with fitness and cardio from Nordic Walking. My style is fun and forgiving.
What’s on offer?
Beginners can try Nordic Walking through my taster sessions. My regular fun walks are open to all and I offer more challenging treks for the experienced walker.
All sessions include yoga inspired stretching, the opportunity to improve your technique and the chance to improve your fitness in a beautiful rural setting.
