About me/us:

I have been working as a Physiotherapist for the last 28 years, and currently work for NHS Lothian in the field of musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Occupational Health and Ergonomics. For the last 9 years I have been working as a Pilates Instructor taking 2-5 classes a week and as a Nordic Walking Instructor since 2018, taking a weekly class and carrying out Nordic Walking workshops.  I love being outside walking or running in the many green spaces/countryside and hills around Edinburgh South.

What’s on offer?

I offer a weekly 1hr 15 mins Nordic Walking Class on a Thursday 11-12.15pm, Edinburgh South. I can take up to a maximum of 10 in a class and offer 1:1 or small group bespoke sessions organised separately to the group.
