About Katey
As an ex-professional dancer and dance teacher with I.S.T.D, as well as a Pilates teacher certified by the Body Control Pilates Association, Katey Quinn brings an exceptional understanding of movement and body mechanics to her Nordic Walking classes. As a  supervised teacher with with Body Control Pilates, Katey mentors students and coaches them in the practical teaching, and correcting elements, ready for their exam. She has spent years refining precision in movement, and loves how the Nordic Walking technique aligns with this philosophy, making it accessible for all ages and fitness levels.

What’s On Offer?
‘Learn to Nordic Walk’ Small Group Classes
    • Experience the benefits of Nordic Walking in a friendly, supportive group setting with a maximum of 10 people.
    • Courses are held for up to a 4-week period and designed to teach the fundamentals, ensuring participants develop proper Nordic Walking technique and gain confidence.
    • Small groups allow Katey to offer personalized guidance and attention, perfect for beginners or those looking to refine their technique.

Social Walks for Experienced Nordic Walkers
    • For those already familiar with Nordic Walking, Katey offers social walks once or twice a month, limited to 15 people.
    • These walks are a great way to stay active, connect with other Nordic Walking enthusiasts, nature and often include a coffee or lunch stop for added enjoyment for those that want to.
    • Each walk is led with Katey’s expertise to ensure a safe, beneficial, and fun experience.
