A team of British Nordic Walking instructors and leaders meeting on Beverley Westwood and West Hull Villages.

We are fully insured, qualified first aiders and we are also trained to deliver Nordic walking instruction to people with Parkinson’s and related conditions

What’s on offer?

We offer full training in the INWA Nordic Walking technique, including the adapted technique for people living with Parkinson’s and Related Conditions.

We run a varied walk programme of walks carefully designed to take full advantage of our beautiful countryside while supporting you to improve your fitness and wellbeing, wherever you’re starting from, in an enjoyable, friendly and sociable Nordic Walking Group.
