About Angela Donnelly

I am a fully qualified INWA BNW Nordic Walking Instructor based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. 

What’s on offer? 

My focus is working with people living with Parkinson’s but welcome anyone who is interested in taking part. This form of exercise encourages full range of motion which is essential for joint mobility and muscle strength and upright posture.

It helps to improve confidence and stability with the help of Nordic Walking poles. Walking will be gentle and aims to accommodate anyone who takes part.
