About me/us: I am one of the Instructors for Age Cymru Llantwit Major Nordic Walking Group (LlanilltudNW ) for the Over 50’s .

What’s on offer? : Every Thursday PM we run a group Nordic walk for the over 50’s as well as an occasional full day or half day away. Each week the route is different, you will be amazed at the variety of paths and little roads in LM as well as the beach of course.

As a qualified British Nordic Walking instructors, we also run training courses on a semi regular basis.

Length and pace of walks depend on who is walking and with two instructors and 2 walk leaders it is easy to accommodate all levels of fitness.
