About me:

I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist with a big passion for helping people get the most out of life. For me, it’s not just about health – it’s about confidence, connection, and finding joy in the little things.

Over the years I’ve worked with people living with long-term conditions, supporting them to stay active, independent, and positive. I’ve seen first-hand how the right activity, done in the right way, can make such a difference to both body and mind.

That’s why I trained in Nordic Walking – because it’s simple, fun, and accessible to so many. It’s more than just walking with poles – it’s fresh air, laughter, friendship, and a safe way to build strength and wellbeing at your own pace.

I love creating a space where people feel supported, motivated, and part of a community. If you’re curious about giving it a go, I’d love to welcome you to one of my sessions. I am currently in partnership with Active Lichfield providing Nordic walks for health and wellbeing and Parkinsons UK to provide Nordic walks across the South of Staffordshire, for people who have a long-term condition.

What’s on offer?

I am excited to share I am currently offering tailored support for people living with long-term health conditions in the Tamworth and Lichfield (Staffordshire) areas.
