I am a qualified nurse and started Nordic walking in 2016 following an injury to my Achilles and being unable to participate in high impact activities. I was interested in trying out something new and with a love of outdoor walking  this was an ideal new hobby. I have been a qualified instructor since April 2018.

On offer:

  • Provide 2 hour workshops, learn to Nordic walk using the INWA 10 step
  • After completion of one of my workshops you can join in any of my walks
  • Each walk has a description so you know if it’s suitable for you.
  • 1.1 training and walks if necessary
  • Group walks catering for all abilities
  • Social aspect option of going for coffee after or during the walk.
  • Scenic walks, countryside, coastal, beach and clay country
  • Flexible can arrange walks around you
  • Provide walks in the North Cornwall area
  • Poles provided if needed for a small fee
