Hi I’m Michael, I run my own Wellbeing Consultancy and I’m a part-time Mental Health Practitioner.  I have been a qualified Nordic Walking instructor for over two years.  I live in beautiful Bristol with my wife Joanne.

I offer 1-2- 1 sessions and groups up 20 students maximum
