Before the Course

To get the most from the practical training weekend, it is important that you have completed (or are close to completing) your INWA Foundation Course before attending.
The online Foundation Course introduces the INWA 10 Step Method, key terminology and the principles behind British Nordic Walking. The face-to-face course builds directly on this knowledge, focusing on developing your practical technique, teaching skills and confidence.
Completing the online learning beforehand will help you get the maximum benefit from the two practical training days and allow you to fully engage in the coaching and assessment activities.
