Sutton Sports Village – Course Joining Instructions

Thank you for booking your Nordic Walking course with us! Below are all the details you need to get ready and make the most of your session at Sutton Sports Village, Surrey.

🕒 Arrival Time

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session start time so we can begin promptly. Both days run from 9am until 5pm with a break for lunch and other breaks throughout the day. This allows time for introductions, equipment fitting (if needed), and a quick safety briefing. 

👟 What to Bring/Wear

• Comfortable outdoor activewear (weather-appropriate layers) - possibly a change in case of inclement weather!

• Supportive walking shoes or trainers (preferably not walking boots)

• Water bottle

• Sun protection or waterproofs, depending on weather

• Nordic Walking poles (if you don’t have your own, let us know and we can provide at no extra cost)

• Lunch - or you can use the onsite cafe. We'll provide tea and coffee.

🚗 Parking & Facilities

• On-site parking is available—please follow signs to the main car park.

• Toilet and café facilities are available at the Sports Village.

• Changing rooms are available but limited; arrive ready to walk if possible.

🌧️ Weather Conditions

Sessions will go ahead in most weather conditions—just dress appropriately. In the event of extreme weather, we will contact you by email and/or phone with updates.
