About Karen Powell

About me/us: I am based in Inverness in the Highlands. I have been teaching Nordic Walking locally since 2010. I combine it with my Pilates teaching, as I find the two disciplines really do work well together.

What's on offer? :

I am currently running two small Nordic Walking groups weekly, in the local parks, woodlands and riversides around Inverness, the Black Isle and Drumnadrochit. This includes a weekly Nordic Walking for Parkinsons group on Thursdays and a fortnightly Wednesday evening group for everyone.  All walks are within 30 minute drive from Inverness

I also offer individual or 1:2 lessons organised separately to the groups
