About me

I am an experienced teacher for over 30 years and set up Alba Nordic Walks in 2022 to become a Nordic Walking Instructor. Alba Nordic Walks is based in Stirlingshire but we are 25 minutes from Glasgow city and 20 minutes from Loch Lomond, but right beside Glengoyne Distillery and the West Highland Way. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful scenic walks of all kinds.  I love to teach, to walk and to meet people so this is the perfect pastime for you if you are looking for something similar. Come and learn and walk with my groups.

What’s on offer?

I offer monthly introductory sessions to Nordic Walking usually 1.5 – 2 hours. I also offer bespoke sessions to groups who want to learn together, one to one sessions for people who want to learn solo and I have weekly group walks for those who have learned with my introductory sessions. Lots of practice really helps!
