I discovered Nordic Walking when I fell out of love with running. As an Occupational Therapist, I understand the importance of activities that are enjoyable, sociable, accessible and that get you out in the fresh air. Nordic Walking ticks all those boxes and I am delighted to be able to share my passion with others. Whether you are taking your first steps in getting active or are an athlete looking to cross-train, I would love to support you in learning this fantastic sport. Individual and small-group tuition available, tailored to suit your needs.
