About me:
Howzit! I discovered Nordic walking with my Mum while living in Derbyshire. A visit to Hardwick Park and a taster session had us hooked. I love how Nordic walking makes me feel great although it is low impact. I trained in Nottingham before moving to South Africa. Now living in the beautiful Jacob’s Bay, I want to share Nordic walking with everyone, those visiting the region and those living here.
