About me:

I have been working as a Nordic walking instructor since 2006.  When not out Nordic Walking with my groups I work as CEO of British Nordic Walking.

What’s on offer?

We run regular classes in Shipley Country Park, Nottingham University Park, and Rushcliffe Country Park.  There are separate sessions for beginners and for people who have already learnt how to Nordic Walk.  Poles are available to borrow during the beginner lessons. 

The classes run all year round, with holiday cover provided by other local instructors and walk leaders.
