About Me: I’m Bev and I qualified as a Nordic Walking instructor in 2025. I am also a chartered physiotherapist and have been working in the NHS for 25 years.

I live in Dorset with my family and enjoy exploring the Dorset countryside and coastline.

I am passionate about people of all ages being able to experience the physical and mental benefits of Nordic Walking, exercising outside and building a supportive community.
