Thinking about booking your Nordic Walking Instructor course with British Nordic Walking? We’re looking forward to welcoming you to beautiful Perth, Scotland for a practical and engaging weekend of instructor training.

Course Times

The course runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm on both days.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early (by 8:45am) so we can begin on time.

✅ What's Included

You’ll be provided with:

• Your full British Nordic Walking Instructor manual

• Nordic Walking poles (if you don’t have your own)

• Tea, coffee, and plenty of cheer!

What to Bring

To ensure you're fully prepared, please bring:

• A packed lunch for both days

• Plenty of layers and spare outdoor clothing – we’ll be training outdoors regardless of weather

• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)

• A pen and notepad

• And most importantly, your enthusiasm!

Meeting Point

We will meet in the lobby of The Salutation Hotel, just inside the main entrance on South Street. Look out for your instructor, Eilidh Paterson, wearing British Nordic Walking branded kit.

• There is no on-site parking at the hotel, but several public car parks are nearby:

  • South Inch Car Park (PH2 8BW) – 5 mins walk

  • Canal Street Multi-storey (PH2 8HS) – 6 mins walk

  • Pay & Display charges apply — please allow enough time for parking.
