About me: 

I am a former Judo Olympian who competed for Canada at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and met my husband, Neil Adams, 2x Olympic Silver medallist (‘80 and ’84) commentating at the Sydney 2000 Games. Together we have created Adams Family UK where we specialise and focus on active families looking to start or maintain their active wellness journey. As a wellness consultant for Nokia Canada and American Express, I used walking as a lunch time activity for staff and that has migrated with me over to the UK where I became a British Nordic Walking instructor in 2012.

I am in based in Rugby, however love to venture further afield any chance I get.
