What’s on offer?
4 week course of 1 hour session “learn to Nordic Walk” giving you a complete low impact body workout
Regular walks of varying lengths and ability suitable for those who want to improve fitness and or build up to more longer vigorous walks.
All can be either 1:1s or groups
I am a qualified International Nordic Walking Instructor, and a member of British Nordic Walking. Additionally, I am a Leader in fitness and running and have been a qualified Nurse for many years.
I love being outdoors, enabling me to exercise regularly whilst being kind to my body. I am passionate about helping others achieve their potential enabling them to improve their health and well being as well as numerous other benefits this activity has to offer. Nordic walking turns an ordinary walk into an all over body exercise strengthening and conditioning, by walking with special poles. Nordic walking is suitable for all ages and is great fun.
