What’s on offer?
I offer Beginner Technique courses, One to One sessions, Children & Family Nordic Walking courses. I offer FREE Taster sessions so you can try it out before committing to a course. I run Classes running 6 days a week at various times and locations. My regular classes consist of Workout Walks of various speeds that cater for all abilities. We also do long distance walks, picnic walks, pub walks and walks for weight loss. We like a challenge and often take part in charity events throughout the country.
I decided to start my own business, Walk2Fitness because I want to show more people the many benefits they will achieve doing this amazing activity. The fact that anyone can try it makes it all the better!
I was a keen Cross Country skier and have always loved hiking and fitness in general, so Nordic Walking combines all my favourite activities. Being outside makes such a difference when exercising and is a proven mood booster. So the countryside is my Gym!
I have seen some remarkable fitness and health results from my clients through the years and this is what makes Nordic Walking such a great activity for everyone.
