About me:

I am an instructor experienced in providing sessions to groups and individuals.  Where possible I facilitate groups for Age UK, specifically for older people new to Nordic Walking and looking for an introduction to what it can offer them.

What’s on offer? (What do we or I offer):

Calm and scenic Nordic Walks for people over 50 in Cornwall (Age UK).

We offer both tuition in the Nordic Walk technique and walks meeting primarily at the beautiful Roadford Lake but also at various locations across the east of the county.

Our Nordic Walking group is ideal for people of all abilities and is just as much about enjoying the freedom of getting out and about as it is about getting and staying active.

If you have your own poles, please bring them along. If not, we have a small supply which you can hire.
